There will be a wine tasting.

Then we will get on the bus which, after a short ride, will bring us to a winery which is surely among those with the most striking architecture in the world. It is the work of well-known architect Frank O. Gehry, and the building that surges forth from the vineyards is impressive. It belongs to one of the Rioja region’s largest wineries, whose wines enjoy a fine reputation world wide.

Here we will stay for awhile, as there are not many occasions to be able to enjoy such an incredible architectural site.

We will begin with a visit to its winery, ending with a wine tasting.

This winery is also home to a hotel and a restaurant, and as lunchtime will have arrived we will stay and pay a visit the restaurant. Aside from its magnificent views, chef Francis Paniego has succeeded in obtaining a Michelin star for

the restaurant.

 

We then continue our stay here, and your tour organizers felt that a good way to relax after lunch would be to visit the spa and massage facilities available and perhaps enjoy a relaxing spa visit.
